Santa Clara County Library District

 

After a study identified an array of problems the patrons of Santa Clara County Library District faced, we began working for the District in 2009 and developed a system-wide user guide scheme for the library computer services.

 

After successfully working inplace for 7 years, the District embarked on an overhaul. We were honored to be chosen to continue working with the District and created a whole new and updated set of user guides reflecting the Districts’ new brand roll-out.
